All items in our store are handmade Suzhou embroidery custom products and cannot be resold once produced.
All custom orders are not eligible for return or refund for any subjective reasons, including personal preference, wrong size, color perception differences, etc.
Please double-check all details before ordering: pattern, size, color, text and other custom information.
If the product has quality issues or manufacturing defects, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos, and we will provide after-sales support accordingly.
