This collection draws its inspiration from one of China's most significant archaeological discoveries—the "Five Stars of the East" brocade, unearthed at the Niya Ruins in Xinjiang. This Han Dynasty textile (circa 2nd century BCE) bears the auspicious inscription:

"Five Stars Rise in the East, Benefiting China."

In ancient Chinese cosmology, the convergence of five planets—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—was seen as a celestial omen of harmony, prosperity, and peace. This brocade was not merely fabric; it was a prayer woven in silk, a belief that cosmic order could bless the land and its people.
